A workshop on enhancing the leadership qualities of G.C.E. (A/L) students from schools in the Paddiruppu Educational Zone was held for students of BT/Pd/Palugamam Kandumaṇi M.V., BT/Pd/Thumbankeni Kannaki M.V., and BT/Pd/Thikkodi Ganesh M.V. This event was conducted under the guidance of the Paddiruppu Zonal Director of Education, Mr Sivanantham Sritharan, with the participation of Mr .K. T. Prasanthan as the resource person and Mr. M. Jeevan, Teacher Advisor (Paddiruppu Zonal Education Office).

The Paddiruppu Zonal Education Office, under the leadership of Zonal Director of Education Sivanantham Sritharan, is successfully implementing the government's Clean Sri Lanka program.

Today, the first 20th Principals' Education Development Meeting – 2025 was held at the Zonal Education Office. During this meeting, Deputy  Director of Education , Assistant Directors of Education , Principals, and Teacher Advisors ,  took an oath to support the government's Clean Sri Lanka program. Following this, Director Sivanantham Sritharan launched the e-news (e-Paper) on the website (https://www.paddizone.edu.lk) for the first time in the zone.

A workshop on the preparation of teaching aids for Mathematics was held on 17.01.2025 at PDCT for Mathematics teachers in the secondary section. Many teachers participated and gained significant benefits
